Revelations: Hour 2

Without the luxury of having an early
screener for this episode, it was up to my DVR to take care of me
watching week two of Revelations. I like the idea of the mini-series.
But since the first 10 minutes were actually on last week's screener,
I was thrown off. It was a really slow episode except for a few tense
moments. Maybe all that time leads to the climatic feeling of Haden's
prison speech, the discovery that Hawk is being watched and then the
crashing ending. Those few moments delivered big. I was kind of
bummed Fred Durst had a split second of screen time with all the buzz
about him being on the series. Oh well. We're still going to watch
next week. Even if it's just to watch Michael Massee's (Carnivale,
24, The Crow) Haden.
