2005 MTV Movie Awards nominations announced
Teetering on the line of TV news and movie news, MTV has recently posted their list of potential golden popcorn statue winners. Besides the usual boring categories, there's Tom Cruise in Collateral up for Best Villain, the LA destruction scene in Day After Tomorrow up for Best Action Sequence and Jennifer Garner and Natassia Malthe up for Best Kiss (note to self: add Electra to Netflix queue). There's also a new category of Best Video Game Based On A Movie. Is it just me, or is this a really bad year for that category to debut? Read on for the full list.[2005 MTV Movie Awards - Thursday, June 9 at 8:30 P.M. EST on MTV]
