A couple of years ago there was a Slashdot poll asking 'Favorite Vampire Mythos Flavor.' While I'm not exactly sure I'd go so far as to say it's my all-time favorite, a sorely missed addition to the list was the mythos behind the Blade series. Though I haven't seen Blade: Trinity yet, perhaps lots more background to the mythos will be revealed in Spike TV's planned television series based on the comic books/movies. A two-hour pilot movie is expected to premiere sometime early next year. I wonder who's expected to write for the series.
