Everybody Hates Chris produced and narrated by Chris Rock, is loosely based on Chris Rock's childhood. In it, a young man from Brooklyn finds himself "uprooted to a new neighborhood and bused to a predominantly white middle school two-hours away by his strict, hard-working parents." Thursdays, 8pm

Love, Inc.: Dating consultant Denise Johnson (Shannon Doherty) and her co-workers help men and women sparkle themselves up in the hopes of attracting that perfect mate. But poor Denise just can't her own soulmate, no matter how hard she tries. Think Will Smith's Hitch but starring Shannon Doherty.

Sex, Lies, & Secrets: Denise Richards stars as Jolene, one of a "Friends"-type ensemble cast of characters trying to figure out their twenty-something lives in small town with big secrets. It's been described as The O.C. with a gangster element. Also starring Eric Balfour ("Six Feet Under"), and Lauren German ("The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"). Tuesdays, 9pm

South Beach shows up mid-season: J. Lo produces, and Marcus Coloma (Point Pleasant) and Chris Johnson (xXx: State of the Union) play along as they wander off to South Beach to discover obsess over lost loves and tangle with the seedy underworld of South Beach. Coming in fall.

Extra special addition will be the Vibe Awards, which show up this fall in order to "[celebrate] innovation, cutting-edge presentation and genre expanding work in urban music."

What no Kevin Hill! the only show that portrayed young minority men in a positive light young and successful. I social in justice, removing a postive image from tv is not just wrong, but ignorant. So long UPN, you had two solid shows in Girlfriends and Kevin Hill, now Girlfriends is left to carry a lame channel line-up. My wife and I no longer believe in UPN/free tv programming, indy films from now.

I was very upset that the show Kevin Hill was cancelled! I couldn't believe it. I had the whole season scheduled to record on my TiVo. This show has to be brought back. How can we make this happen? Thank you.

I knew it was to good to be true. Somehow I felt it in my stomach that they were not going to bring Kevin Hill back. I don't understant why, and I would like to know is there anything we fans can do to that could force them to bring back the show. I mean is there any one particular web site that we could bombard with emails. This would get their attention right? We should even try the actors/actresses websites to let them know how much we loved them and their show. How could they do this to us. Do we have a say in anything. I really really loved this show and looked forward to Wednesday nights. Taye,Michelle and the whole crew had a great chemistry together. You just don't find that anywhere. Listen if you know of anyway we can get this show back on I want to know.

At first, I did not watch the show. Though, last year I started catching some episodes and I was impressed. I got up in the storyline. I missed the season finale and I was mad because the previous shows created intrigue and were leading to a strong climax. It's hard to keep any drama on television (unless its a cop/medical show), especially a drama with a black lead. Right now, there are no black dramas on tv---all of them comedies or reality-based. I'm a writer, does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm a little late, but I just realized Kevin Hill was cancelled, because it's one of the only shows I watched on UPN. I wish they would bring it back it was a great show. We'll never know what happend to baby Sarah. They need to bring it back and get rid of some of the other dumb comedy shows they have on there.

Another Black Sitcom Bits The DUST! Just like all the other good black sitcoms, it always comes to a screeching end. We all thought it was a wonderful show but face it, Kevin Hill did not have as many viewers to keep the show on the air. Yes, the ending was crazy and abrupt; maybe another station might just pick the show up??? However, it is just like voting, everyone have to participate to keep the show on the air. Black people if you want your shows to continue to air, have some loyalties and sit in front of TV, watch the show as well as tell you friends and family to do the same! UPN has done an excellent job with airing black sitcoms. However, it will take a black station to fulfill our wants and needs. I would love to turn the channel to a station that had a line-up that included Kevin Hill, Girl Friends, All of Us, Soul Food, The Parkers, Bernie Mac Show, My Wife and Kids, Run House, Everybody Hates Chris, One on One, Half-and-Half. Not to mention, I would even appreciate seeing some of the oldies but goodies such as Cosby Show, Sanford and Son or Good Times. Nevertheless, Blacks only have one television station (BET) that only plays videos, comedy, and gangster movies. UPN has offered us more then our own station has a positive representation of black families. Yet, to continue to view positive sitcoms Blacks must look into themselves to make the change. Until then, their will always be bloggers voicing their opinions vs. SEEING their opinion! FYI, Runs House is another excellent show for black families. WATCH IT, if you want it to continue! What was UPN thinking or maybe that's it; they were not thinking when the opted to cancel such a great show. The one show out of the entire UPN line up that had any real depth and substance. This show every week showed all the dimesions and facets of a educated, career oriented black man. We all looked forward to seeing him come to grips of his reality as a single parent (gaurdian)with his neice. We loved seeing his intelligence and passion for a case protrayed in the courtroom. But you felt the need to get rid of such a show and put in it's place Veronica Mars (yeah i'm sure it's real spacey like the name) and after watching ATM I immediately flip the channel. Do the right think and bring Kevin back. >>Carol Lynn

I can't believe that Kevin Hill was cancelled! This show had everything, a successful African American lawyer, with a Latino best friend and a nanny with an alternative life style, what more could you ask for? Maybe the writers were feeling pressure about teaming him up with so many white females, but hey, that's life. He also dated some African American women too, or at least displayed interest in them. Bring Kevin Hill back! We need to find out about Sarah's life with her so-called "changed" mother and that phony preacher she married. How can they just leave the fans hanging like this? Bring it back. Please....
