The parents could not be charged with negligence unless MJ was a convicted molester. I believe that MJ was found not guilty on the basis of the lack of evidence, not because he is innocent.

All the hate mongering in the world doesn't change that. THey say there is a pedophile every square mile. Why were the parents not charged with negligence? And what about his staff - money is at the root of this - but not the way you're seeing it - the Sick Ones are the greedy stupid parents who would take a chance on something happening.

June 14 2005 at 11:43 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyThis is out of whack. That sick freakin kiddie fiddler needs to go to jail. He will more than learn his lesson from the inmates (who hate child-molesters). Once again a celebrity does not go to jail. He has to have bought out the jury. He can afford to, and he can afford to do it quietly.
June 14 2005 at 6:52 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyIf he were not a celebrity charges would never have been brought on such weak evidence. The jury did their job. The system worked. He is one weird individual but that's not against the law.

June 13 2005 at 7:19 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replydoesnt it just figure that celebrities never have to take responsibility for anything. no one seems to realize that they spent weeks of trial listening to evidence which means nothing now. lets hear it to the green paper that makes all things go away.
