Another newbie for Las Vegas

by Bob Sassone, posted Jul 17th 2005 1:00PM

On the heels of Lara Flynn Boyle joining the cast of NBC's Las Vegas comes word that Rachael Leigh Cook will be joining the cast this fall as well. She'll play a real estate agent who gets involved with Josh Duhamel's character.

I too am surprised that it's coming back, after what sure looked like a series finale ep, destroying the casino and all ... Even though I don't care for LFB and her ironing-board physique and her constant sneer, I don't mind them bringing in new females, as long as the old ones (with the possible exception of Molly Sims) don't get the old heave-ho. Because let's face it, this poorly written show has two things going for it: Casino glitz, and cute cleavage. If they get rid of Nikki Cox and the girl who plays Sam, they're sunk.

Wait....this show SURVIVED!? So "Eyes" dies and this crap lives? Don't get me wrong, I'd watch Jimmy Caan read the phone book, but can someone buy Josh Duhamel a hard consonant?

Its going to be shes all that all over again. Shell come in loking like the ugly duckling but the only problem with her appearance will be that she isnt wearing lingerie as normal clothes.... Nice to know...still wont watch the show...Fear factor is way better and more direct with the excessive skin

as a vegas regular that has got to be the worst show about vegas ever. Yo hollywood, casino hosts actually wear suits and security dopes don't chase down lobsters when thiers are stolen. The cooks will just order more, DUH!
