The making of last week's Stargate SG-1

by Jen Segrest, posted Aug 10th 2005 8:55PM
An article by Stargate SG-1's Executive Producer Joseph Mallozzi is up on GateWorld today with a few production details of last week's episode The Ties That Bind. If you like the show you should pull it up.

Included are several bits of info about where the ideas came from, who wrote what, as well as a bit of script from a deleted scene with Lt. Cam Mitchell  (Ben Browder) that's really funny because of a bunch of pop culture references. I couldn't help think how Farscape-esque it was considering the same actor would have been delivering the lines.

The picture is from the same site and is likely a photo from that scene provided here for those old Farscapers like me who just get a little pitter pat in thier chests seeing him and Claudia look at each other like that again. Sigh.

That would have been a really great scene! I love Daniel, Vala and Cameron...lots of chemistry among the trio. Episode 4 was a lot of fun, hope for more of those.
