SNL adds two funny men

Saturday Night Live has added two more to its whirling brew of comedy stew. Bill Hader and Andy Samberg will be joining the cast as featured players, which isn't as cool as being a repertory player, but their moms are still proud of them, I'm sure. Hader is a veteran of Second City Los Angeles, but is probably more recognized from his work as a "field agent" on MTV's Punk'd. While Samberg is one-third of a writing/performing/filmmaking duo known as The Lonely Island. SNL's 31st season begins October 1st, with both head writer Tina Fey and repertory player Maya Rudolph knocked-up and scheduled to go on maternity leave, before returning at the end of the season.
