Haven't seen Surface yet? Catch a marathon tonight!

by Bob Sassone, posted Oct 11th 2005 2:08PM

SurfaceSurface is the best of the new spooky/sci-fi shows this year (Threshold is a close second), and if you've missed the first four episodes you can catch them tonight on NBC's sister network The Sci-Fi Channel. The episodes will start at 7pm Eastern.

This is a great opportunity to catch it, if your Monday nights are filled with watching other shows. Start your TiVos...

I watched the first few episodes of Surface and gave up. I felt is was going nowhere.

Thank you for the excellent reviews for the episodes so far. I encourage all to check out this great show. Many people may never find this page. As a result, I've submitted it to the IMDB for inclusion in their review section. (My review for the pilot is there as well.) I only watched one episode of Invasion and was bored beyond belief. I watched three eps of Threshold before deciding it was standard X-Files-fare. I gave Supernatural and Night Stalker two episodes before giving them them up too. As you stated in your review of episode three, Surface is the only one that I'd buy on DVD--and the only that I will continue to watch. I really hope it has a future. It's the only new and different sci-fi/horror show on the fall lineup.

Surface is great! I had a little mini marathon the other day myself, when I watched the last 3 eps and like it best out of the Surface/Invasion/Threshold lineup (in that order). Highly recommended!
