This guy happens to be one of my favorite directors, and I haven't even seen Requiem For A Dream. I'm basing my opinion on pi, the inventive, riveting little picture he made several years ago about a tortured math genius. So it's exciting to learn he'll direct an episode of the hit ABC series that will air during May sweeps. Very cool news.

Now, if they can get Steven Soderbergh to direct an episode...
