Possible names for Dancing with the Stars sequel

Possible names for Dancing with the Stars II?Earlier today, the New York Post ran a report that leaked some possible candidates for the next edition of Dancing with the Stars. Who's going to be the next John O'Hurley or Kelly Monaco? Better yet, who's going to be the next Evander Holyfield; in other words, who's going to be the burly athlete who will stumble his way through the first rounds before being cut? Would you believe... Jerry Rice? That's right, folks, the NFL's all-time greatest receiver, who recently retired after more than 20 years, will likely fill the "jock" spot. He should be more graceful than Evander, but not by much.

Who's on board already? Robert Wagner of Hart to Hart fame, Lisa Rinna of bee-stung lips fame, and Drew Lachey of older-brother-is-a-reality-star fame. Former SNL cast member Kevin Nealon is considering the offer but is not sure he'll sign on. Let's hope he does; I'm sure his dancing will be a lot funnier than anything he ever did on "Weekend Update."

Well, Drew Lachey should be a pretty good dancer since he was in Rent last year on Broadway. He was also in a boyband if that counts as dancing.

Ryan, all I remember about Nealon's years behind the desk is how quiet it always was after he hit his punchline and waited for the audience reaction. I almost felt sorry for him. I guess he was a good person to transition between the two best WU anchors, Dennis Miller and Norm Macdonald.

Whoa whoa whoa, while maybe not one of the "classics" Kevin Nealon was always great in Weekend Update. I could listen to him to Mr. Doubletalk all day.
