Bret Michaels survives rain of gunfire

bretmichaelsEat your heart out 50 Cent, white rock n' rollers can get shot too. Poison frontman Bret Michaels narrowly escaped a drive-by shooting on Monday night as he relaxed in his tour bus...probably surrounded by several hot groupies. Okay, this is how Bret Michaels describes it. But what really happened (according to authorities), is that a vandal (probably a kid) shot a pellet at Michaels tour bus. The bullet...er, pellet didn't even hit Michaels. It shattered a glass and some shards hit him in the face. What makes the story even better is that Michaels' manager released a press release that claimed "this was not a random drive-by shooting" because "throughout his career, Michaels has been the target of numerous death threats investigated by the FBI." I think Michaels and his manager like to exaggerate. I've seen more life-threatening situations involving rock stars while watching Jem & the Holograms reruns on TBS.

Bret has actually had his life threatened and other harmful situations against him in the past several years. One incident includes some psycho loosening the lugnuts on his tires causing him to be in a serious accident on the interstate. Another situation includes someone poisoning and killing his dog. No exaggerations in my book.

The pic you posted is giving Mr. Michaels way too much credit. I believe his hair is significantly thinner today than it is in that picture. I know "old farts." I am an "old fart." And Mr. Michaels is an "old fart." HA! puff
