HBO to film documentary at Heidi Fleiss' bordello

by Joel Keller, posted Nov 30th 2005 8:23PM
Heidi Fleiss - AP PhotoHeidi Fleiss is opening a male bordello for women and she wants everyone to know about it. So HBO has announced that it will film a documentary about "Heidi's Stud Farm," which is set to open in Nevada sometime next year. The documentary, which will start filming in December, will chronicle everything from the groundbreaking to the hiring of Heidi's studs, along with every other pitfall that comes when someone is starting a new business.

(Although, let's be honest, how many small businesses have to plan out their first year "condom budget"?)

Before you start clicking over to fbi.gov to report ol' Heidi, remember that what she's doing is legal in the part of Nevada where the bordello is opening, so everything's on the up and up. Let's just hope they don't have any hidden camera shots.

Women in general aren't as willing as men to be risky and jump on some "strange". Especially having to pay big money for it. I am sure she will have good business initially from wealthy independent women and gay men. But, it will slow up after short time. I surely see women in the picture working there to bring in steady revenue. A shopping mall for sex!

It may be legal in parts of Nevada, but she still might have some trouble getting it licensed since Heidi is a convicted felon. One also has to wonder how long the clientelle will remain exclusively female, given that the subject of HBO's other prostitution series "Cathouse" caters to both genders.
