Carey, Clark, Seacrest out in Times Square

mariah careyAdd Mariah Carey to the list of performers lined up to serenade us into the New Year. In a first for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, Miss Mimi will perform live in Times Square. She even gets to join Mr. Clark and Ryan Seacrest for the big countdown when the ball drops at midnight. I think that trumps Hillary Duff, who is merely scheduled to perform and represent Los Angeles on New Year's Eve. I guess MTV didn't offer Mariah Carey the exposure she needed for her new album and her 8 Grammy nominations, but ABC sure did offer her a big role in the celebration, didn't it?

Who ever her designer is should be shot! I dont know who she was kidding thinking that she could pull off that dress on New Years, but she looked like a fat lard and shaking her ham hocks all over the stage.

Mariah is finally getting credit and recognition for her talent. She is not only is her voice flawless and raw, but she is looking better than ever. She has a good management team, and a Record Label that gives her the room to be herself, and her song writing has become more recognizably mainstreen. She is on top of her game. I am so proud that my girl has acheived so much success in 2005.

You know, there's something about Mariah Carey that just grosses me out. I used to like her music, but just looking at her makes me nauseous. Maybe it's the way she constantly pushes her overly-large fake boobs up for everyone to gawk at.
