Did you notice that nick is hurt ( his neck) and hi has a wierd ring on his finger and on the chair between Cathrin and the body is something written on two letter and then = ?... what could that be, and Sara and Warrick is looking at Cathrins hand or something, Greg is looking the other way and ( i cant remember his name i think its DAvid) has some sort of knive in his hand and i thinks that thats what Greg is looking on. And the Pink neon sign say "Play Dead".. hmmm?

WHAT I SAW WAS THAT THE PLAY SIGN CHANGES TO DEAD AS YOU RUN THE MAGNIFIING GLASS OVER IT. ALSO NICK HAS A SCRATCH ON HIS NECK, SARA AND GILLS HEADS CHANGE POSITION,THE MAN THAT LOOKS LIKE BRASS HAS A BADGE IN HIS POCKET AND AS YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE STRIP A CASINO DISAPPERED. OH YA, THE SLICER GUY LOOKS LIKE HE HAS AN SCALPAL IN HIS HAND.

What a complete letdown. Was the message that not everything is a clue? If it turns out that the only real clue was that Sara and Gil are looking at each other, the writers must think we're 3rd graders. Some of the speculation on this thread was pretty far out there, but there was some good clue deciphering as well, but it was all for not with a crappy finale like we all saw last night. At least The Office had suspense.

Agreed. This was silly and made very sense in context once we saw the finale. What a waste of time and effort on our parts, trying to tease out these "clues."

I was a little disappointed as well, after all the hype... and I never thought to check back with the picture again, after the horrible resolution of a couple of weeks ago.

The only things I see now that had anything to do with the eps are Brass' shooting (the dead guy and the bar) and the Grissom/Sara thing (GG+?, the way their heads turned toward each other)... I haven't a clue as far as the "PLay/Dead" sign, unless it refers to that nut who got himself into a duel (Civil War re-creation = play)

"Criminal Minds" season finale was better, in my opin.

well most of the stuff in the picture(s) doesn't make sense. although the GG+? is grissom and sarah, because they were hooking up at the end. the rest...i don't know. it says that this picture holds the clues to the last 2 episodes, but it doesn't seem that there is much of a mystery left. The season finale just seemed like another episode, or maybe i just missed something.

Ok, how can no one else have noticed the fact that the sign 'play' when you run the magnifier over it is 'dead'? play...dead...play...dead...hmmm... alright, here's what i've got

Sara and Greg both have question marks on them (greg on his shirt and sara in the part of her hair)
nick looks like he was grazed with a bullet
the Doc has what almost appears to be a bullet hole in his throat and is holding something that looks too big to be a scalpel or silverware as was previously speculated.
Both Grissom and Warrick have what look like the infinity sign on them. this could mean that they are safe...or not?
nick is definitely signaling something with his hands...odds perhaps(like of survival)? or a score? it cant be as simple as a gang sign or the number forty...the writers just don't do that...they have to complicate things...
Sara is carrying something...the shape of a flask perhaps? and when you run the magnifier over her, she turns to look at grissom. metaphorically, this could mean that if you look closely, she is still pining for gil, though she is looking away.
additionally, grissom's head also moves in sara's direction...hmmm...
the slots are labeled 'the lucky dragon'- the same place brass was shot...
I dunno what's up with the guy in the window theory, but there is a white line that looks a lot like something that a tailor would put on a pair of pants. oddly, griss has this same marking on his pants

you know, if you stare at that window long enough, you see a picture...it looks like a little girl...two maybe...with a slash through it...maybe...someone is...tailoring their...family? Hmmm....This is totally unrelated(or maybe not?), but speaking of family...i wonder if brass' daughter is going to come back out of the woodwork...Ok, now i've completely lost my train of thought and can't remember if shes even alive...oh, well. thoughts?

After watching both episodes I can conclude this image had almost NOTHING to do with the episodes. The only relation is the victim, which appears to be a shot Brass. Also I'd have to say this was one of the worst season finales. It was the worst because it doesn't really leave me wanting more...well not like Supernatural or The Office.

The Doctor is holding a scapel. The sign in the window says PlAY DEAD when you put the magnifying glass on it. Gil appears to be reaching for a weapon, and moves as does Sara. They are the only two that move. Also in the dust on the bar stool between Catherine and the guy dressed up and shot with a badge in his pocket is something written. Something like 6617. But I don't know. Just because they shot Brass doesn't mean that he's dead.
