John, if you remember, when Haywire and Michael were cellies, Haywire would take his pills and then throw them up. Maybe Haywire doesn't know how to cheek the pills.

I certainly hope they cleaned up the vomit or the employees would get wise that someone wasn't taking their pills.

Last night's episode was outstanding, fabulous, terrific, nail biting.

Erica, at the beginning, Geary said, "So Scofield went J-Cat?" Bellick said that he knew he would all along. Not sure, but J-Cat could mean Joint Crisis Action Team.

Batmanuel, Geary was never kind to Linc. In fact, remember the episode where Michael was late getting back through the hole to the guard's room? Linc punched Geary to stall for time. Geary then pounded on Linc. Geary is also the CO who stole Michael's watch from his belongings so Geary has never been nice.

Only four more episodes left. I can't wait till next week. Abruzzi's back. This show is just getting better and better each week!

I like the show. This episode was good. It could've left you hanging (ala "Lost"), but it didn't. It could've left us hanging about the poker game, or the missing back puzzle piece, but it didn't.

The things that probably didn't work or seemed unbelievable:

They would give psyche ward people a notebook with a metal spiral binding and a pen with a cap.

Haywire didn't have to swallow the pills just to throw it up later. He could've cheeked it like Michael.

The poker game could've ended up worse.

i think you are right about that other guard.

but in a way that shows the kind of risks the show was willing to take.

Now they have to turn the guards into mustache swirling villians before they can be 'taken out'. It was just far tooo convenient for them to serve this 'shakedown' guard up on a silver platter the exact moment that Micheal needed to rat out a guard.

Batmanuel - I think the guard that was nice to linc was stabbed by T-Bag when he found the hole in the cell.

Erica - card counting is a blackjack thing, in poker he cheated by dealing the right cards to another player. It's just crooked dealing.

I thought bringing Linc out instead of his son to him was a stretch...and we all knew the van would get hit...

again this show takes the easy way out. They continue to go out of their way to make these people sympathetic. it was waaaay toooo convenient for a guard to shake down then double cross the team. Again they are insulting our intelligence and sophistication to accept 'grey area' of these characters...just like the flashback episode tried to turn them all into nice guys, now they had to turn a guard into a 'bad guy' before they take him out.

it would have been better for them to have to burn a friendly guard...showing that they have moral ambiguities. This is the same guard that was kind to Linc...and now he is a heartless thug shaking down cons?

This show has really lost something that it had going during the furst run last fall

I really liked this episode; a lot of things were going on.

So,not only is T-bag an expert at panty-grabbing, but he's a card counter too! Stop giving reasons to like him; we supposed to love to hate T-bag! (I'm kidding people)

Did anyone catch what Bellick said near the start of the episode? Something about J-cat; I didn't catch it.
