On the George Takei comments about Shatner.

He does use the word "Loser" about Shatner but he doesnt actually backtrack on the comment.

What he says is Shatner is the Loser in the situation because while the rest of the cast have stayed friends and gained from that friendship hes been deprived of that.

Interesting bit about having readers call in. Have you considered using something like Gizmo (http://www.gizmoproject.com/) to take calls? It would solve the cost problem, and Gizmo has the ability to record the call built in.
