New one-hour Fairly OddParents next Friday

You know a show is circling the drain when it has to borrow off another show's popularity to boost its own, which is really the point of this special. Spoof, my Aunt Fanny (Uncle Banjo's wife FYI). I guess the new writers behind Fairly Oddparents, who turned the show from a zany warmhearted delight into a ear-splitting woman-bashing torture session, think they have to do this. And it's pitiful. No wonder Nick has axed "The Fairly Oddparents". Better they should have done it a year ago, before new episodes demonstrated how far this show has fallen. At least then viewers would have been left with good memories instead of heartache, earache and a bad taste in the mouth.
