  • The WB has a repeat 7th Heaven at 8, followed by a new Everwood.
  • UPN has new eps of One On One, All Of Us, and two new eps of Half & Half.
  • TLC has two episodes of the new show Take Home Chef at 8.
  • If you missed the West Wing finale last night, you can catch it on Bravo at 8.
  • At 9, USA has a new WWE Monday Night RAW.

I think CBS and Fox are planning on ending their shows past 11pm ET and 10pm ET, respectively.

How on earth is CBS going to fit their standard three hours' of programming after Bush's address at 8pm??? They have to be pre-empting SOMETHING...? Only ABC seems to be admitting that they can't magically compress time to make up for X minutes of inarticulate political speech...
