Next on Oprah: Auschwitz! Oh, and some of her favorite things!

This has got to be one of the most disturbing ads I've ever seen. Oprah is going to Auschwitz, and this billboard is promoting the visit just like it would promote, I don't know, Oprah's holiday gift specials or a special appearance by John Travolta, with a giant smile on her face.
This isn't really Oprah's fault, as this is a billboard in L.A. that changes the headline next to her image throughout the day. However, it is an ad for an upcoming show and her picture, so her people might want to look into this.
(On a side note, did anyone catch her interview with Anderson Cooper yesterday? It was half fascinating and half nauseating. Cooper and mom Gloria Vanderbilt have an interesting story to tell about the suicide of Cooper's brother many years ago, but why was Oprah badgering them about what exactly happened in that moment and how they felt and why he did it? And she brought up more than once the fact that she's surprised that Cooper works so hard because he has so much money he's never had to work. Um, what the hell does that have to do with anything?)
