Big Brother 7 update: eviction, new housemate and nominations twist

Plenty has happened since my last Big Brother update, so look away now if you don't want to know what's been going on in the mad house.Warning: spoilers after the jump.
The first of the big news is the eviction of cross-dressing Scot Sam from the house on Friday night. Nothing out of the ordinary there, since he/she was a bit of a nutcase who found herself/himself in the middle of just about every bitching session in the house and seemed a bit on the 'over-friendly' side.
As soon as Sam was evicted, Big Brother held a lottery competition for the desperate wannabes who had managed to find one of the 'Golden tickets' hidden in chocolate bars across the country.
Aisleyne picked a ball at random from a lottery machine, and 43-year-old model Susie entered the house, with a twist. As the 'Golden Housemate' she is required to live in special quarters and wear gold at all times (i.e., have her life made a total misery by the Big Brother producers for a week). Additionally, Susie will be the only housemate permitted to nominate this week, a fact she is unaware of -- but her fellow-housemates are.
Apart from that, it's been the usual 24/7 bitching, and the housemates were also allocated a 'waiting game' task, where they had to stand on plniths until they couldn't stand any longer, and the housemate who lasted the longest would be declared the winner. Lisa managed to outlast everyone else, with Grace ending up an ungraceful runner-up.
Of course, the win for Lisa means she is automatically immune from nomination this week.
