Unfortunately, I went to go see the "Strangers With Candy" movie on Friday night. And it was playing at an indie movie theater. And indie movie theaters sell beer, wine, and most importantly Woodchuck Cider. So I passed out when I got home. Figuratavely, not literally.

So anyway, I was pleasantly surprised to find the breakaway hosting bits had been recorded and put on YouTube. God Bless YouTube. You should be able to find the clip with a "Strangers With Candy" search, filtered by time posted.

Relly, that's an excellent tradition to start. A shiny gold star for your effort and to hopefully cure you of this dreadful cold (our gold stars have magical healing powers). I hope you feel better soon.

I also caught the Strangers With Candy marathon, Annie. Although it was by accident since I'm sick and dying. Okay, maybe not dying, but I have a horrible cold and the sickness kept me up all night in thirst of a good television program. I stumbled across the marathon on Comedy Central and feel asleep to the beautiful (although you can't tell in the series) Amy Sedaris and her comedic performance.

It was great seeing the show again and I can't wait to see the movie!

With the whole series out on DVD, I have no desire to watch it with commercials. Now lets get the rest of the Upright Citizens Brigade episodes released on DVD, season 2 and 3 of that series are some of the best TV ever.

Saw the first ep , then conked out, w/o setting recorder. Didn't hear any advance word, just stumbled on it when Owen Wilson started to bore me on Conan.
