Hee Haw marathon on CMT

hee hawIt's time to hike up your overalls, dust off your cornballs, pluck your chicken-ducks, tweedle-dee your slap happy banjo monkey, and come up with other assorted country-fried colloquialisms that don't make any sense because CMT will be hosting a Hee Haw marathon on July 29 that'll air from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. According to Sitcoms Online, this is the first time reruns of the long-running variety show and musical showcase have been on television in nearly a decade. Also, the last two episodes of the marathon will be repeats of episodes shown earlier during the marathon, which is kind of a gyp, considering they only had like eighty-billion episodes to pick from. Future showings of the popular series will cover every episode that aired from 1969 to 1991.

You can't find the kind of entertainment that you can get from Hew Haw. They have the greatest bunch of people on the show. They also have really great guests. I don't know if the humor is rehersed or not, but you can't help busting out laughing for the whole hour. The jokes are all pure corn as they are suposed to be. The show will never grow old. I think one of the things that mit so much fun to watch is that they all seem like they never know what the other is going to say or do next. I love every one of them. Sunshine Cornsilk isn't hard to look at either.
You can find it twice a week on the RFD chanel. I believe Sunday at 8:00 pm and I think Thursday night,not sure of the Thursday time though.I set my recorder so i won't miss a one.

Why only from 5pm-2am?? I would like a 48 hour marathon like they do with all the other old shows...Our whole Family LOVED IT!!! Now days we all need to laugh....Thanks,CW
