NBC customer service really sucks

dwight schrute bobbleheadRemember how my Dwight Schrute bobblehead arrived in two pieces? That was July 12th. On that day, I called NBC customer service and the genius on the telephone told me not to send it back and that someone would call me in 1-2 business days with instructions. Guess what? It's been nine business days and not a peep. I had nearly forgotten about it, except I was cleaning boxes off the dining room table and found Broken Dwight. I called NBC customer service again, and this time the guy told me that I should've sent it back. Ya think? I also have to pay for postage. And Dwight is so popular that I probably won't get one until September.

Am I in an episode of The Office?

Yeah apparently there's no rush on the "World's Best Boss" mugs i got them quickly. I am waiting for someone who doesn't watch the show to get offended.

My Dwight Schrute bobbleheads have been on back order for a least a month, come on already.
