Find a frak party for Battlestar Galactica premiere

frak partyDo your friends look at you with disgust when you mention your excitement over the upcoming season premiere of Battlestar Galactica? Frak them! Go find some friends who understand that it's an awesome show.

Check out this website to find a Frak Party near you for Friday's premiere. You just type in your zip code and it comes up with a party near your location. If it can't find one, you can volunteer to host. Right now it looks like there's a random smattering of Frak Parties across the United States, Canada and even one in London.

I had planned on going to a Frak Party. Either I was in the wrong place or I've missed a show...
I met some nice people though.

The party hats show up on all of the charactres on the frak party site if you run your mouse over the logo. :)

Farscape's "frell" still sounds better to me. The other main BSG curse: "gods" sounds too clunky too. Not when uttered alone like "Gods!" but "god'sdammit!" just doesn't work.

I love BSG but I'm so frakking tired or hearing the characters frakking use the word all the frakkin time. I wish they would come up w/a few additions to the lexicon. Obviously frak is an alternative to fuck so why not come up w/alternatives to other words. It gets so repetitive and for such a creative show why not throw in a few new ones? It's like hearing the smurfs using smurfy over and over.
