New York Magazine has a great interview with Stephen Colbert, which you can read here. The piece gets into Colbert's place in current political debate, a position "TV Colbert" probably relishes while the real Colbert simply points out that what he's doing is farce. The author of the piece makes a great point when he acknowledges that Colbert has achieved a rabid legion of fans who follow his ever word while the show serves as a satire of exactly those types of pundits. The piece also includes a quiz where you have to guess which quote is from Colbert and which is from Ann Coulter, and a hilarious bit at the end from Colbert where he offers advice to both Democrats and Republicans.
