Hotel heiress, reality TV star and most-photographed land mammal Paris Hilton has inadvertently turned the folks on her MySpace "friends" list into enemies when an e-mail was sent out to each and every one of them telling them they had won a trip to meet her. The e-mails claimed to be from Paris herself, but requested that the recipient fill out a number of pop-up messages with personal information before finally revealing that there were no prizes and that the person had been placed on a spam list. I have to wonder who these people are that would go through all that trouble to meet Paris Hilton, especially since one could whittle down the front of a Barbie doll with a cheese grater and then sit across the table from it for an hour for essentially the same effect.
