  • FOX has a new Cops at 8, a repeat, then a new America's Most Wanted.
  • NBC has a new Dateline at 8.
  • Oxygen has Breakfast at Tiffany's at 8.
  • TLC has two new episodes of Little People, Big World at 8, then two new eps of Flip That House and a new Trading Spaces.
  • Also at 8: Cartoon Network has a new Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, followed by a repeat Naruto, a new Naruto, a new Zatch Bell, and a new Bobobo-bo Bo-Bobo.
  • There's a new Designer's Challenge on HGTV at 9.
  • Food Network has Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives at 9.
  • At 10, CBS has a new 48 Hours Mystery.
  • HBO has the standup special Roseanne Barr: Blonde and Bitchin' at 10.
  • At 11, FOX has a new Mad TV, followed by a new Talk Show With Spike Feresten.
  • At 11:30, NBC has a "Best of Darrell Hammond" episode of Saturday Night Live.

Fantastic Four has been taken off of the Cartoon Network for November. The episode was replaced by another episode of Naruto.
