The video is awesome, however I doubt that all those stars were Johnny Cash fans. I mean Kanye West, are you kidding me? And Travis Barker? seriously???

This video is indeed ingenuous, or artless. Really. Someone at the office decided that shooting a video in B&W, throwing in some crosses, the occasional filter, and stuffing it with seemingly random celebrities would be a good idea for a tribute to Johnny Cash, and frankly, it's a slap in the face.

Despite the A-List celebs, and his "transcending genre, class, race," Mr. Cash proooobably wasn't into fame and "looking all hot for the camera," like these guys.

Lack of sexual eye candy? I'm pretty sure I just saw some girls ass cheeks hanging out from underneath her tank-top the wardrobe staff mistook for a dress.

The only thing separating this video from cliche, film school videos made for local bands are the celebrities.

I will first preface this with the fact that I am over 30.

I assume Adam couldn't find its worth simply for the fact that it is missing a video edit every 15 frames or lack of sexual eye candy.

I will also admit that this is the 3rd music video i have bothered to watch in the last 10 years. It is as brilliant and simple as the man in black himself. True art in a sea of garbage. Mark this one on your list of videos to win awards at MTV's VMAs.

Are you retarded? This video features a collection of A-list stars from rock, hiphop, pop, and country music as well a number of major actors. It signifies the beauty of Johnny Cash's music... he transcended genre, class, race. Very few artists can achieve something like that. This video is phenomenal.

They need to so kids dont forget the greatest musician ever. This man set a standard for music and influencedd almost every musician who is playing today.
