I wouldn't call Ken Levine "some lame dude." What he is is a comedy writer and an extremely good one with credits on such shows as "Frasier," "Becker," "Cheers," "The Simpsons," and "Wings." Is he trying to be funny? Yes. Should Bob have possibly mentioned that it was a quick humorous guide to "24"? Quite possibly. Is Boe just a little too irritable? Mmm could be.

Also, that 24 "guide" is more of some lame dude's attempt to be funny rather than actually being helpful to newcomers. No help at all.
