4 from 24: More on hour seven
Will 24's Morris O'Brian be tortured by the "bad" terrorist before or after he reconfigures the triggers on the four suitcase nuclear bombs? Will Jack Bauer figure out that his dad Phillip is a bad dude?
While we wait for the fresh two-hour installment of 24 next week, here are few items to mull over from hour seven (*spoilers ahead*) :
Quote of note: "I'm not stupid Graem, I know something's wrong," Marilyn Graem told her soon-to-be-dead husband who responded by telling her to go make some coffee.
ACLU nightmare moment of the week: It's a tie. I just can't choose between Jack pumping Graem's veins with pain-inducing meds or daddy dearest emptying the whole syringe of the stuff into Graem's IV, killing him.
Tense moment among White House staffers: President Palmer II rejected Chief of Staff Tom Lennox's re-submitted Executive Order 1066 by saying, "Some of you seem to feel that the Constitution is somehow valid only during times of peace but not wartime." Lennox and the obviously evil VP rolled their eyes at this statement, certainly concocting evil plans to thwart yet another Palmer presidency. Maybe they'll spring disgraced President Logan from the big house.
Quote of note II: "It's all for you Jack, everything I worked for, everything I built, it's all for you," murderous Phillip told his gullible son.
