Nancy Grace is going to make about as much money off this whole stupid thing as Birkhead, anyway. I don't know what she's complaining about.

i have tried to call in on your tv station for years and finally got through last night 4/9/07 when i was asking my question i was then cut of.
this has to do with the Anne Nacole trial.
my question is why no one has asked or brought up when Larry Birkhead was on the stand under oath and there were emails from Anne Nacole herself to Larry telling him he was the father and the replies from larry was no i am not it could be 15 guys, and really called her names, H. Sterns atterney had those emails to prove it and they were read in court. now he wants the baby, my reason is only for the money, Anne tried to tell him he was the father.
then you have Vergie Aurthur who was a police officer and she perjed herself also on the stand about her paid trip tp the Bahamas, she new better than that. so would she be a good one to be around the baby? i say no give Anne Nacole her wish that was shown in her video. i am so tired of always pointing the finger at H. Stern. i watched every reality show. even Larry said he lived with her for 2 years while H. Stern was down on the couch or working on her cases, tell me Larry did not try at all to stop her either from all the drugs. Anne was pretty much incontrol as i saw on her show. so Anne emailed Larry and told him he was the father and the emails show his reply so she was with the only person who really cared, she gave Larry the chance but he wanted no part why is that not being brought up as what her mom did. give Anne her wishes. i feel sorry for H.Stern they never perjed him now did they. Larry lived of her as her mom did to by enterviews. look at the real picture even E! should of done something about her drug problem they saw it but it is so easy to blame H.Stern. he loved her and did what she said, but there are no documents of him using her money he worked his butt of with all her legal battels even Larry said that.i saw he cared very much for her on the reality show.again give her her wishes Larry did not want any part of the baby and what good would Vergy do teach the kid to lie! just watch Anne last eneterview about what shw thinks of her mother

The Father of Danny Lynn is her Brother. This is why Howard is trying to stay in The Bahamas. He has known the truth but is trying to keep the baby safe from the rest of the world and why Anna named him the father on record. This also explains Dannys suicide and Annas. (They both knew what drugs they were taking) And the seperation of Anna and Danny the months leading up to the birth. Look at region of Texas Anna is from, and her reports of abuse. It is awful but Howard knows the truth. The judge will try and withold the info as long as he can by only telling the parties involved but in time it will leak out. I hope the world does not blame the baby and will let her live her life best she can with out her mother or father.

On Thursday April 6th, Nancy Grace again complained why people are so "fascinated" with the topic of OJ Simpson. Part of the reason is directly due to people like Nancy Grace. Nancy is so consumed with all of her previous wrong "predictions" in the OJ murder case that she has been obsessed with her disparaging now-current position as a credible "journalist." Nancy was wrong not only on that case, but wrong on most vases Nancy has ever attempted to cover over the years. Nancy has no credibility to anyone educated to the facts of the cases, and to those who have any professional experience in the fields of either Law or Psychology. Nancy truly is mere amusement to any viewer that is well educated. The problem remains, however, that uneducated and under-educated people tend to believe that Nancy Grace has any truth or substance to her rantings. There in-lies the continued problem with Nancy Grace, and why Nancy should stop victimizing victims.

Nancy I always watch your show, respect you and your views, but I would not be truthful if I didn't express my dissappointment in your "take" and the psychologist's "take" on Howard Stern. Howard has been in Anna's life longer than the woman who claims yo be Anna's Mama (ugggh). Be not fooled---Anna was not the "puppet," rather she was the one who "pulled the strings" ( not Howard) and to infer that Howard was responsible for her death by giving her drugs IS Kraaazy---Anna TOLD Howard what to do every step and if she did not respect him and love him , he would not have been on her Life policies. And, do you really think Larry Birkhead and "Mommy Dearest" are not after $$$$---c'mon--they BOTH are!!!! And no one deserves ANY $$$ but DannieLynn and Howard. Lastly, who dosen't want $$$??? I am sure the pictures you showed on your program of the funeral were paid for by someone and received by someone---you are making $$$ by showing her pics, therefore, why shouldn't, Howard make $$$$???? He has WORKED for it!!!! And, I trust he has financial needs just as you and I---You and your guests---Please CUT HIM SOME SLACK!!!!! He does not deserve the CRAP and neither does Nicole!!!!Won't everybody be shocked WHEN the toxicology reports return and state---Death NOT due to Drugs???!!!! Still your fan!

We condemn criminals and sentence them to death to justify murder by committing murder. We reward the rich by ordering the poor to pay and we amuse ourselves with gossipy news coverage that degrades the spirit that has left this earth, rather than to focus on the life at hand-in this case-Danny Lynn Smith.



We seek justice for the remains of Anna Nicole Smith, which is dead as for as the clothes that cloaked her spirit, rather than to seek to preserve the light of her in Danny Lynn Smith. To preserve the remains of Anna is pre-serve what remains-her child. To preserve Anna we must protect the living of her-again her child.



We will surely carry out a miscarriage of justice and a death sentence on Danny Lynn Smith if the health and well being of this infant child are not the foremost important matters before our courts. The poor that are order to pay in this case are those that cannot speak for themselves-Anna, her son Daniel and her Little One, Danny Lynn.



Let your heart decide and do the right thing Mr. Howard K. Stern. Do what will be light for this child in all this dark controversy.

First of all Nancy keep up the good work.I really feel that Anna Nicoles Mother should get her daughters body and be able to have a funeral.That is her flesh and blood no matter if they haven't talked for 20 days or 20 years.She has already lost her grandson and will possibly loose her grandaughter to if Howard Stern gets her.I believe he killed both Anna and Daneil.he needs to be ashamed of himself living off a woman who really needed someone to help her and save her from herself.My heart goes out to her daughter ,mother,father, and the baby's daddy not howard the user.Please keep us up with your great shows .I love you your honest and truthful.May God Bless you and Protect you always

I don't think anyone has any idea who the father is. Sad.

If the circus around Anna Nicole's death is an example of how her life was while she was alive, it's no wonder she was depressed enough to die from a broken heart. I can't imagine what her feelings would be if she could know that her friend Shane Gibson resigned because of evil gossip surrounding her tragic death. I say - Mr Stern - take the DNA test to prove who is the daddy and get on with the business of taking care of Anna. I wish I could be her friend. If any one who claims to have been her friend wishes they could do something, where were they when she needed her friends? Five months passed and no one could see what was happening to her???
