Brian Austin Green cast in new sitcom from Will & Grace creators

Brian Austin GreenThe former 90210 and Freddie star will play the gay half of a writing team in a new sitcom from David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, the writing team that brought us Will & Grace. The show will be sorta based on their lives together, a writing team where one guy is straight and one guy is gay. Also cast are Jessica Capshaw and Vanessa Lengies. No word yet on who will play the straight half of the team.

I never watched 90210, so I have no idea what Greene was like on that show (though I do remember him as a kid on Knot's Landing). I do know that he was the best thing about Freddie, playing the horny, always scheming best friend of the Freddie Prinze, Jr. character, so this could be interesting.

Why can't a show about a gay/straight writing partnership, created by a gay/stright creative partnership, cast a gay man in the role of a gay man!?

Austin-Green tried to become the next Emimen after 90210 was over.

HE failed miserably in that endeavor just like Freedy and this new show will fail. David Silver will never get another gig in show bizz

Yeah I'm sure one of them is straight... yeah right.

Anyways these people are the biggest assholes around. They came out and said that "Will and Grace" and "Friends" were some of the best sitcoms in years and that the shows on today are crap. "Will and Grace" had about 3 maybe 4 good seasons in the shows 8 year run. Friends wasn't funny or entertaining 80% of the time. I hope this show fails like everything else that has with people from "Will and Grace".
