Helping people this way, it's a nice idea and I think it's not hypocritical to raise funds to help those people. It only means that because his son suffer with the same illness, he knows how hard it is for the person and their family. For himself i think he have enough to support his kid, but how about those other people that will benefit from this event? By the end of this auction they may be able to sell expensive artworks, though it's not the original.

Yea beens they're not the originals, they could just sell regular prints to everyone. I would definitely pay a few dollars for one, although I am cheap like that. Seems like they would make a lot more if they did it that way, even signed random ones or something.

My sister has epilepsy, so I know what families everywhere go through when dealing with someone that is affected by it.

Dennis, roughly 300,000 children in this country have epilepsy. If it's hypocritical to raise money to help thousands of people, including one person that you love, then sign me up.

Dennis: It's easy to judge Greg but what does it matter his motives when the Epilepsy Foundation is the one that benefits. BTW, it isn't hypocritical.

It's nice and all but I think it's hypocrisy. He only does it for his own sons benefit so it's not like he is that good of a person when you only do good when your son is in need. I believe that you should help people no matter who it is and not just when it is your son or your self.
