Eliza Dushku will star in Nurses, a new dramedy pilot for FOX. Dushku joins Drew Sidora, who was also recently cast.
Nikki Cox will star in Fugly, a new comedy pilot for CBS, written by My Name if Earl creator Greg Garcia, about three sisters who decide to purchase one of them an extreme makeover.
Amber Valletta will star in the CBS drama pilot Twilight, about a private investigator who is also a vampire. Alex O'Laughlin and Shannon Lucio also star.
Stephen Dorff stars in the CBS drama pilot Skip Tracer, about a detective who finds people who try to disappear. Beverly D'Angelo will play his mother, who is in prison for killing her husband.
WBTV has two untitled pilots on tap: the first, about a group of CEOs, will star Dylan McDermott, Michael Vartan, Christopher Titus and Malina. The second, about a genius grad student who uses his mental skills to solve crimes, stars Ryan Devlin, Autumn Reeser and David Walton.
Also, the ABC drama Life on Mars has been slid to a possible mid-season opening, as the network has had problems casting the lead role.
