TV Guide has named Lost's Evangeline Lilly as the sexiest female TV star this year, according to USA Today. The magazine's Sexy Issue, which goes on sale this Thursday, also names Grey's Anatomy's Patrick Dempsey as the sexiest male TV star. The new issue selects twenty male and twenty female stars for the feature, and the top ten men and women have already been revealed.

Lilly's co-star Josh Holloway is the only other Lost cast member to break the top ten. There's still hope for the rest of the cast to make the top twenty, however. The entire top ten list for male and female stars is available after the jump. Fans can look for the issue, which features separate covers for its male and female sexiest stars, later this week.
