1. Where were you born?
San Diego. This is funny already!

2. How many siblings do you have?
One! Ha, ha, ha.

3. What did you study in college?
I bailed after 2 and a half years of "community" college. (Not so funny anymore.)

4. Do you have any pets?
None that I know about.

5. Do you have any nicknames?
No. And I read that last question wrong. I thought it said "Do you have any kids?"

6. What is your favorite restaurant?
House of Nan King in San Francisco.

7. What is your favorite TV show?
Heroes. Wait, 30 Rock. I mean, The Office. No, Friday Night Lights. Weeds! I'll go with Weeds.

8. Who is your favorite band/musician?
I like Top 40 bullshit. Honestly.

9. If you could live anyplace in the world where would it be?
I'm very fond of Australia. (Australia, on the other hand, has no feelings about me.)

10. Who do you think should be the next President of the USA?
That clean guy.

11. Professionally, what are you the most proud of?
That I get work at all.

12. What are you currently working on?
Doing a lot of stand-up on the road, a movie that might come out someday, and some tv stuff that will probably never air.

13, Do you really smoke a lot of pot or is it an act like Dean Martin?
Dean Martin smoked pot?

14. Who were some of your favorite celebrities to work with?
Jennifer Aniston and Larry David. Great huggers.

15. How did you acquire such a love for movies?
My parents took me to see everything when I was a kid. One of my first moviegoing experiences that I remember was a triple-feature of Dr, No, From Russia with Love and Goldfinger.

16. Do you think Sasha Baron Cohen can ever match the success of Borat?
I don't think he has to. It's an amazing achievement.

17. Where is the best place you've ever done stand up comedy?
I really like the Acme in Minneapolis, I love doing my shows (The Benson Interruption and I Love Movies) at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatres in New York and L.A., and I know I'm gonna really love doing stand-up this Novermber at the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam.

18. Any thoughts about Richard Jeni?
Good guy, funny guy, troubled guy.

19. What was your favorite talk show to appear on and why?
Jimmy Kimmel Live is like home to me, everyone there is super nice.

20. Why do you think the word douche (as an insult) is so popular these days?
Because there are a lot of douches in the world.
