Idol Conspiracy: Is India behind Sanjaya's success?

Ok here's my take on Sanjaya...Dont blame Sanjaya, dont blame India, dont blame teen girls...blame Paula, Randy, and Simon. Why? These 3 "judges" pick the Top 24 to go to Hollywood. So apparently they thought Sanjaya was one of the top 24 singers that they heard out of THOSANDS of contestants. They must've been drunk as hell to even THINK Sanjaya was in this group. Shout to William "She Bangs" Hung

Sanjaya should be man enough to admit he can't sing and step down, so contestants who really deserve to be there have a chance!!!!!

This is for all you haters:
1) GET A LIFE
2) Stop dissing a 17 year old KID and GET A LIFE
3) If you think he is winning because of the indian community, GET A LIFE AND SLAP YOUR SELF ACROSS THE FACE. NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD ABOUT HIM IN INDIA
4) If you dont like him, join him
5) If you think any of those contestents have a better or equal to his voice, i have nothing to say to you except call 9-1-1 right now and tell them you are very ill
6) In regards to Vote for the worst website, they really know how to live a life, and even though what they are doing is wrong, they have the sense not to be picking on a kid!
7) Dont be jealous he is smarter and prettier than you
8) If you dont like watching Sanjaya because of his race, why dont you record King of the Hill or COPS on tv so you can watch it and injoy it during the hours of AI
9) Calm down, its just a show! If you are one of those people who say they are going to stop watching AI or go on hunger strikes, then you are considered a fanatic and should be sent to a contained facility for the mentally ill and sick.
10) GET A LIFE!!!!! SANJAYA ROCKS MY HOUSE EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!!! THIS IS TO YOU SANJAYA: EVERYBODY'S JEALOUS MAN BECAUSE YOU GOT THE SKILLS AND THE LOOKS, IF YOU WIN, I WILL WATCH AI FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND BUY EVERY SINGLE ALBUM THAT YOU WILL MAKE!

For whatever the reason may be, every person of Indian decent in America (of which there are many), or every Nambla member (again of which there are many,) every teeny bopper (of which there are way too many,) or people who follow vote-for-the-worst, Sanjaya will remain week after week. Personally I do not like him at all. I do not see any physical attraction to him whatsoever. I do not think he can sing all that well either. The one thing that he has going for him is that he is a very good performer. He is very entertaining. A person does not need a good voice to be a good entertainer. There are certainly many people out there who can not sing well but manage to sell millions of cds.

As much as I hate to say, there is a very good chance that Sanjaya could make it to the final 2. That would be a shame, because I do believe that the top 3 contestants should be LaKisha, Jordin and Melinda. I thought LaKisha was going to be the next American Idol, but after seeing her perform week after week I now feel she is a one trick pony. She can only sing one type of music. The same goes for Melinda too. Maybe in the coming weeks they will show something different, especially since it is country week next week. But why do I have a feeling one of them will pick Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You, and sing it like Whitney Houston.

I am begining to think Jordin deserves to win. She has improved week after week, and can sing almost any style of music. But there are still 7 weeks to go. Only time will tell. With Sanjaya making it this far, it only goes to show that anything can happen. I hate to type it, but even Sanjaya can win. God forbid.

Look up "idol" in dictionaries, people. It definitely does not mean "talent"! If people (who voted for Sanjaya) idolizes him, then he's got all the right to stay on the show! This should be the case regardless of his singing, looks, ethnicity, and what the heck, his curvy sister :-)

So, an Indian conspiracy to make a no talent, pretty boy, wannabe the next American Idol. Couldn't be further from the truth. Wanna get rid of Sanjaya? Push the show back an hour or so, so that 11-16 year old girls are in bed when it's time to vote. That is the answer as to why this guy is still around. The teen/pre-teen girls haven't anybody to swoon over since NSYNC broke up.

This is the worst "Idol" ever. Is this a singing or cuteness competition? Color is not important, bring on the talent....bring on the girls. If ratings are down, blame it on the voters who don't know the difference between talent and REAL talent. Sanjaya has neither.

Addressing comment by Anita and I quote "whites have to claim....when whites assume.......So, crambam you're the one who's 'racial profiling' " Seems you are biggest duck in the puddle.

I don't like the show anymore since the voting seems to be really unfair. They keep voting to keep "one" particular person, and ones with more talent are bring voted off. It's no longer for doing your best and presenting a good representation that we can be proud of--but rather a game, and the outcome won't be what the people really want. But I still do have the right to turn to another channel on the TV, and this I shall do, as I see and hear this comment by many more people.

If AI was a proper singinging competition , Sanjaya would have been out already but it isn't.
The judges are doing a very unprofessionnal job, they can't even trained people to be a singer , they jugde them on the spot and sometimes are really ridicule or sarcastic towards them.They make fun of them, manipulate the opinions, make them work 7days a week and offer them as spectacle to the public...even though it's after all a tv show, it gives an idea that sanjaya like other in this show have a right to be there.India or not india.personnally I don't care...I am african and I like him too...I would vote for him if i could...
