Spoiler Anonymous

This is Spoilers Anonymous, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we'll supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air. We'll never put spoilers up here on the main page in order to help the reformed stay unspoiled. If you have anything to add to the group, feel free to step up and let yourself be heard, either with our tips form or by emailing us at tvsquad at gmail dot com or call and leave a message at 917-421-9477 (NY) - your anonymity is guaranteed, if you wish to remain as such.

This week we have: Desperate Housewives, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lost, Medium, One Tree Hill, Supernatural, and The 4400. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

Desperate Housewives

  • In episode 3.22, Edie will try to sabotage Carlos' chances to stay in Mike's home. Susan will be told that she may suffer from Lymphoma. [Source: TV Squad]
Ghost Whisperer
  • Jennifer Love Hewitt, who stars as medium Melinda Gordon on CBS' Ghost Whisperer, told SCI FI Wire that the season-two finale will provide an explanation for her character's frequent encounters with the dark side of the spirit world. "You will finally understand in the end of the season why the dark side sort of has this defiant stare on this girl in particular," Hewitt said in an interview on the set. "The thing that people will definitely understand is why there is such a personal attack on this one person. And for Melinda, she will understand why. And it will not be going away anytime soon. And so it's something that she's really going to have to sort of get comfortable in fighting over and over again." Hewitt also revealed that Melinda's reputation is beginning to grow outside of her small home town of Grandview. "I think one of the neat things that I'm fascinated most with our season finale is that you will also find out that it's not just people in Grandview who know about her," she said. "There are people in the world who know about this woman. You will find out why they know about her, and how that sort of all connects with the spiritual world, why the dark side is so forceful, not just with everybody, but with her." Before the season is over, the audience may even meet some of those working for the dark side. "You will also find out that there are other people in the world who have this gift," Hewitt hinted. "They're not nearly as cute, so we won't be telling their stories." [Source Sci Fi Wire]
Grey's Anatomy
  • [It looks like there will be] a May wedding for Christina and Burke. Judging by pics and sightings shared at JustJared, Katherine Heigl's Izzie is suited up as a bridesmaid, while Ellen Pompeo appears to be the Mer of honor. The spied scenes, though, are merely from a bridal-shop try-on session for Yang & Co., so will the vow-swap actually go off without a hitch? [Source: TV Guide]
  • Addison and Alex are definitely doing the horizontal tango before she leaves for Los Angeles. In fact, I hear it's their little affair that ultimately leads her to flee Seattle. Also not helping matters: McSteamy's "failure" to stick to his 60-day vow of chastity. Why'd I put failure in quotes, you ask? 'Cause there's a twist (and a surprising one at that)! I can tell you that Derek and Meredith aren't exactly on solid footing by the end of the May 3 episode. Addison won't be the only Seattle Grace doc who is considering a change of scenery in the coming weeks. My Grey's mole reports that all the drama surrounding Gizzie-gate will prompt George to consider transferring to another hospital. [Source: Ausiello]
Heroes
  • Tawny Cypress, who plays Simone, is not off the show for good. Far from it! I'm told that even though she was "killed," Simone is coming back, along with her father (Peter's patient), in the season finale. It turns out she has abilities of her own, and as my source put it, "There are people on the positive and negative side. And Simone is on the negative side." Oh, and according to another source, "Simone and her father]may have some ties to some other characters that we had no idea about before." Episode 21 will be Sylariffic. According to Heroes creator Tim Kring, "We learn about his home life and where he came from, and after that episode, your opinion of him may change." [Source: Kristin from E!]
  • Niki has something Linderman wants. And something very, very important to The Company can be found in New York City. [Source: Ausiello]
  • In episode ".07%," the dense first 15 minutes are simply thrilling, capped by a Sylar-Peter showdown that I can only liken to the song "Dueling Banjos." You'll wish it lasted longer, but... it doesn't. A new painting is unveiled, this time shedding light on Nathan's fate. There's a funny wink to the practice of spoiling TV shows such as Heroes. A certain sect of "sick" 'shippers get themselves a sweet moment. Lotsa Matt Parkman! Ali Larter? Never looked hotter. Mama Petrelli does not deserve a visit from the FTD man on May 13. Hiro and Ando surface late in the game - or very, very late, depending on how you look at it - but when they do... well, just as you may find yourself wondering, "Oh yeah, whatever happened to...?" you get your answer. And... we fade to black. [Source: TV Guide]
Lost
  • The casting call for the final two hours of season three includes a single mother, a doctor, a mortician, a pharmacist and a stewardess. The pharmacist and the stewardess are hardasses, the doc is a chief-of-staff, the single mother is tired and the mortician is kind of depressed. [Source: Kristin from E!]
  • In tonight's episode not only will we find out how Juliet came to the island, but we'll learn why she stuck around and the reason her people gassed her. And unlike some of the show's other "answers," these make perfect sense in the context of the overall narrative. We'll also discover that: Claire's kidnapping didn't exactly go as planned; Juliet carried on an affair with an Other whose name wasn't Ben or Henry; There are real feelings between Sawyer and Kate. I know because there's a moment between the two of 'em that made me go all misty-eyed and sniffly, and that's never happened to me while watching these two before; Sun's fetus has bigger problems than figuring out who its daddy is. [Source: Ausiello]
Medium
  • Sources confirm that former 90210 pinup Jason Priestley has booked a three-episode arc as a gambling addict named Walter Paxton. He starts work this week, and his first episode airs in May. Additionally, ex-Party of Fiver Neve Campbell will appear in a May sweeps episode, although details about her role are coming through a little fuzzy. [Source: Ausiello]
One Tree Hill
  • I heard through the grapevine that just as Lucas learns the identity of Keith's killer, he will find his mother in that very same man's arms. Also, Peyton and Brooke will discover the truth behind Psycho Derek's obsession with her, and it's not pretty; meanwhile, Haley will convince Lucas to make the ultimate sacrifice for Nathan's basketball career. [Source: Ausiello]
Supernatural
  • Jensen Ackles, star of The CW's horror series Supernatural, told SCI FI Wire that an upcoming episode will provide a glimpse into the lives Dean (Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) Winchester might have led had their mother not been killed by a demon years earlier. "What Is and What Should," the 20th episode of the show's sophomore season, was written and directed by creator and executive producer Eric Kripke and will air on May 3. In it, a demon genie, called a djinn, provides the unusual opportunity for Dean to see what might have been. [Source: Sci Fi Wire]
The 4400
  • When the series returns, it seems that Isabelle will be power-less. However, in episode 4.02, the government want to inject promicin in her saying it's just to make sure her powers will never come back. [Source: TV Squad]

Scott: I was not too fond of Isabelle either (even if she shares a first name with me). I do not know if she'll be a series regular next season though but we will definitely see her in a few episodes to tie up lose ends.

Ugh...I've spent a whole year looking forward to the new season of "The 4400", and this spoiler reminds me of the thing I hated most about last year: Isabelle. With or without powers, I wish she'd just die. The actress is awful, and the character is ridiculous.

...But thanks for the spoilers! :-)
