Radio host files complaint against Tracy Morgan

tracy morganAfter avoiding jail time for a drunk driving arrest back in November, actor Tracy Morgan (30 Rock) is apparently having a bit o' trouble. The actor/comedian allegedly engaged in a bit of bad touching at a Southern Florida radio station on Friday.

Radio host Yuleika De Castro (who goes by the radio name "Sandy Domingo") claims Morgan smelled of alcohol and kissed the back of her head and touched her shoulders and arms.

Wait, he smelled of alcohol? I thought he had to wear an ankle bracelet that could detect alcohol in his system? Perhaps he hasn't been fitted for the bracelet yet? Or maybe he's trying out a new cologne that smells like Pabst?

Morgan's local comedy club dates in the area were canceled, though it's not known if the cancellations had any connections to the incident at the radio station.

Is Just me or ever since Tracy Morgan started on 30 Rock his life has been imploding on him, a lot like he's character, Cause I never really about these problems before, like back in his SNL days

I agree with bgdc...with Tracy Morgan, you never know what is going to happen. He is hilarious on the talk shows. I am surprised he isn't in the loony pin for being crazy.

Wow Nancy Verne, hostile much? Please verify the facts before calling people idiots and pointing out how they are wrong when you obviously aren't familiar with the details of the specific situation in question.

Tracy Morgan was ordered by the court to wear a SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) device around his ankle. Yes it does detect and gauge alcohol consumption.

Idiots!! The ankle braclet only detects whether you are at home under house arrest or if you are somewhere you are not allowed to be. They put a device on your steering wheel that you have to blow in before you can start the ignition and it will not let you if you are intoxicated. If he is under house arrest, his butt should have been at home, but it cannot detect alcohol or drug use. You go back to the court once a week, same day, same time, to have that checked. You are only allowed to be out that 1 day for no more than 1-1/2 hrs. You cannot even walk outside in your own yard.
