Marsha Thomason on her mysterious Lost role

Lost's Marsha Thomason may have gotten more screen time in Wednesday's "Greatest Hits," but her character remains a mystery to viewers. In an interview with The Trades, the actress discussed her first scenes as Naomi, her previous TV roles, and getting along with the show's cast and crew. Here are the highlights:- Thomason has known co-star Dominic Monaghan for a long time, and was glad that her first Lost scenes were with him.
- She had auditioned for several other Lost roles before getting the part of Naomi.
- Executive producer Damon Lindelof describes Thomason as "an incredibly intelligent actor."
- The actress did not reveal if Naomi would appear in Season Four.
- Thomason believes that the America is the "dominant force" in film, and that its dominance is a "huge factor in our struggles with our own film industry in England."
- Having worked on British TV series, which run for fewer seasons, Thomason had no problem being written off of Las Vegas after two seasons.
The two-hour season finale of Lost airs Wednesday, May 23 on ABC.
