She should drop the lawsuit and just be thankful it was Jack who raided her home and not Ozzie. If it was Ozzie her parakeet would be missing it's head right now.

"It alleges that around 12:30 a.m. Dec. 12, Muncie police officers -- including SWAT team members and Osbourne -- entered Lyndsay Clements's home in the 800 block of West Main Street under the belief that she was harboring a fugitive.

They handcuffed Clements in her nightgown for 30 minutes, according to Sutherlin, and ransacked her apartment while production crews filmed the activity.

"At some point, the police determined they were at the wrong address and without explanation or apology, immediately left the vicinity," the suit alleges.

Footage of the incident, including officers gaining entry into the apartment, appeared on Armed & Famous Jan. 11with no explanation of the police mistake, the lawsuit said.

The footage that aired, however, did not include Clements herself, Sutherlin said.

The lawsuit alleges that police violated Clements' civil and constitutional rights, including protection against unreasonable search and seizure, and that the city acted negligently in failing to properly train the celebrity cops."

Maybe you can link the story in your post.. so that there are more details. It was intriguing but didn't go anywhere.

Let me get this straight: is she saying that her house was raided solely because of the reality show, or that by having the reality show filming the raid on her house hurt her reputation with friends, family, co-workers etc? And why sue Jack Osbourne at all?
