I saw the show and I loved it. People say things they don't mean all the time. Isaiah Washington I will keep watching the show because YOU are apart of it. God Bless You.

Just let him off the hook. Everybody makes mistakes and we can't just judge a person by a word he said, carelessly of purposefully. We should see that he is really very brilliant and talented, the character he plays is so successful that I believe Grey's Anatomy without Dr Burke will be lesser.

Washington is really talented and full of charm. And what a pity that I can't see him again in Greys Anatomy due to only a word, but anybody makes mistake, carelessly or purposefully. What we need to do is not how to blame him but forgive him, and believe that the real gold will shine one day. By the way, Greys Anatomy without Burke is lesser.

Even if Washington never made that disgusting remark, I don't think he deserves an Emmy nomination. I love the show, although I think it got off the mark a little bit toward the end of the season.

Well, NBC is pretty desperate. I hear they're in talks with Michael Richards too.

Washington screwed up a great gig. Used a hateful slur on set, then did it AGAIN at the GGs while lying about it. Then went on Larry King and made an ass of himself.

He's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. It's just a matter of time before he shows his ass again.

I'm getting so sick of this crap. Do you think Isaiah Washington is the first person to say something like this on a set? People need to get off his back and if there so "concerned" there's other ways to voice their feigned outrage.

I wish Washington the best of luck. Grey's Anatomy will be lesser without him.

Come on don't judge this show based on Washington. If all germans would do that, Tom Cruise would bomb with every film since Scientology is regarded as more of a cult than a religion based on their brainwashing their members. Now I don't want to get into that whole argument, I just wanted to point out that you can still enjoy a show even if an actor is an idiot/racist/whatever. I like Angelina Jolie-Movies even though I think she's a total nut ^^;

From USA Today this morning, "Katherine Pope, president of NBC's Universal Media Studios, says that despite the public baggage, Washington is "a brilliant actor," and she believes viewers will re-embrace him. "I think people watch characters on TV, not personalities" in the news, she says."

What world is she living in? People do watch characters to a certain extent, but... I can't watch a Mel Gibson movie because his off-screen antics far overshadow anything he does on screen so I just end up thinking, "That's Mel Gibson, *#*#@($$". Same with Tom Cruise. And same with Washington. Grey's Anatomy was my favorite show until the incidents and then it was just ruined for me. I can't wait for the new season and hope they don't mention him at all so I can get sucked back in.

If he has a big part in "Bionic Woman" I'll probably just end up dropping the show. Life is too short to deal with people like that.

I'm a whole lot less interested in "Bionic Woman" now than I was before. A 5-episode guest appearance indicates that the producers of the show have no problem at all with Washington's behavior, which from what's been published, caused plenty of trouble on the set of "Grey's" both before and after his spewing of the f-word.
