Big Brother 8: Live feeds update - August 30
Don't forget! Tonight is the live Big Brother 8 eviction show! Live in some areas, at least. You might want to check your local listings. Due to pre-season football games, the show is preempted in many areas. In some, it's showing after the late night shows, in other areas it might air on a sister station.Of all nights for the show to air at 1:37 AM for me! Have I ever mentioned that I'm not a football fan? Feh. Either Amber or Zach will leave tonight. One will become the third member on the jury, one will stay on shaky ground inside the house.
To read about the latest from within that Big Brother House of Oddfellows and Way Out Women, read on past the jump -- beware, there will be spoilers!
Thursdays are often on the quiet side, especially when the houseguests stay up until past dawn. Today really wasn't an exception. So, I'll tell you more about what happened last night and into the dawn. After all, the daytime hours were spent today cleaning house and primping.
I should point out that Amber cried during the late night hours and during the daytime hours. I know you're shocked. I should have warned you to sit before reading that.
I said in my previous posts that I hadn't seen a meeting of the minds with the Little Julie Chen Alliance -- Evel Dick, Daniele, Eric, and Jessica. It seemed like there was waffling over the vote-out. Daniele is more irked by Zach than she is by Amber although she can't stand being trapped with any of "these people." Jessica, although she can't vote as the Head of House, thinks Amber is more of a friend than Zach and has been having second thoughts about her nominations. Eric's vote as America's Player is dictated by the general public and that's an Amber ouster. Dick seems to equally flip-flop back and forth between the nominees. He wants them both gone.
But it seems like it will indeed be weeping Amber carried out of the house crying, screaming, and yelling she had a vision. Only Jameka will vote to keep her. Both Jameka and Amber campaigned their best, but it fell upon deaf ears. The three Little Julie Chen Alliance member votes should all be for an Amber eviction.
Jessica told Amber if it's a tie, she'll save her. But I don't think that will happen.
If Zach gets Head of House this week, it could be very entertaining. He'd turn that alliance upside-down. But he hasn't come as close to winning anything as Amber has of late. Jameka has one more week to sit out the Head of House competition.
In other news, Eric is making plans to move to Kansas where he'll work in Wichita and date Jessica. They still plan on marrying and living happily ever after. Will it all happen? I don't think so, but there is a deep friendship going on. They smooched and made out under the covers this morning. Oh, my!
