Tripp Darling's diary

Tripp Darling
This week on Dirty Sexy Money, Nick George continued his search to find out who murdered his father, Dutch. The prime suspect as of the season premiere was Tripp Darling, the cuckolded rich husband of Letitia Darling and Dutch's employer. Letitia hinted that Nick might find some clues if he looked in Tripp's diary.

After a lot of pausing and playing on my DVR player (and a little questioning the purpose of my life or lack thereof), I have a transcription of the diary entry we saw Tripp writing during this past week's episode. Click below to see it.

Here is the diary entry:

This is a day to reckon with:
All alone: What's
going on?
Tish not here this
morning
!
Cook still did not do the brocolli (sic) right.
[symbol: a circle with a cross through it] I've told him.
John nicked me when shaved me!
I fear the death of Dutch has left her with more ...Tripp's diary entry

I love how he got a nick when he was shaved, too.

The circle with the cross through it is supposed to represent how he wanted the chef to "cross-cut" the broccoli. It too me a second to two to realize this was not some mysterious symbol.

While seemingly worthless, I'm glad someone took the time to transcribe this. Thanks.

Thanks for the transcription, Kristin! Although it doesn't mean much, I was curious to see what it was about since I couldn't understand most of Tripp's writing.
