Bonaduce gets away with doing what we've all wanted to do - VIDEO

by Paul Goebel, posted Oct 8th 2007 8:02PM

Right before the magicLast week, I told you all about the glorious incident in which Danny Bonaduce gave Jon "Fairplay" Dalton a heaping serving of whip ass. Dalton asserted that he was going to press charges after the incident and followed up on the threat, giving Bonaduce one more trip in a squad car to tell his grandchildren about.

Well, as we all predicted the charges have been dropped.

The District Attorney ruled that there was "insufficient evidence" to charge battery since Dalton initiated the contact and there was no way to prove that Bonaduce intended to harm him.

Let that be a lesson to all you future reality douchebags out there. If you put your hands on someone, even in jest. you are asking for a butt-kicking.

Personally I think this could be the start of a new career for Danny Bonaduce. He can travel around Hollywood seeking out celebrities who need their asses kicked, provoke them into a fight and then fly into a steroid-induced rage sending them to the "fifteen minutes of fame" ward at the hospital.

For those of you who can't get enough, here is the extended version of the confrontation with a reaction from Alexis Arquette.

Bravo! As JW said, if some weird freak jumped on me I'd have probably beat the crap out of him too.

Johnny maybe a jerk but he wasn't attacking D.B. In this case D.B. should be charged with assault as he wasn't actually defending himself but lost his temper and dropped Johnny on his face for a silly act.

How can anybody think this is anything more than a publicity stunt by Hollywood's biggest d-bag, or that Bonaduce wasn't in on it from the beginning? And why does everybody keep writing about it? Aaargh!

IF anything Danny should sue Alexis Arquette for saying he was in an alcoholic rage, he was attacked by a reality wacko, he had to defend himself. Isn't that libel or something?
