Last week, I told you all about the glorious incident in which Danny Bonaduce gave Jon "Fairplay" Dalton a heaping serving of whip ass. Dalton asserted that he was going to press charges after the incident and followed up on the threat, giving Bonaduce one more trip in a squad car to tell his grandchildren about.

Well, as we all predicted the charges have been dropped.

The District Attorney ruled that there was "insufficient evidence" to charge battery since Dalton initiated the contact and there was no way to prove that Bonaduce intended to harm him.

Let that be a lesson to all you future reality douchebags out there. If you put your hands on someone, even in jest. you are asking for a butt-kicking.

Personally I think this could be the start of a new career for Danny Bonaduce. He can travel around Hollywood seeking out celebrities who need their asses kicked, provoke them into a fight and then fly into a steroid-induced rage sending them to the "fifteen minutes of fame" ward at the hospital.
