TV male eye candy (Isabelle's top three)
The three guys who are my picks for the hottest guys on television today. It was not easy to pick only three amongst all the eye candy offered by TV series today; I could have included men like Josh Holloway, Milo Ventimiglia, Jerry O'Connell, Kiefer Sutherland, Eric Dane, Josh Duhamel, Michael Rosenbaum, and Michael Vartan, just to name a few. I eventually narrowed my list to three leading men. Two are in their forties and on ABC's payroll, while the other is in his late 30s and on FOX.For those who want to make investigating sexy...
David Boreanaz (Agent Seeley Booth from Bones)
Even if Boreanaz started acting in the early 90s, TV fans really started to notice him when he joined Buffy. He made being a vampire look cool and sexy (especially when he was shirtless!). Boreanaz then got his own spin off and showed us that he can also be a capable leading man. I must admit that I had a crush on Angel (and Boreanaz back then) but it's when he got the role of Seeley Booth on Bones that Boreanaz got an official spot on my TV male eye candy list.
As Special Agent Booth, Boreanaz not only continues to make our TV screen look better but his contagious smile, his witty remarks and on-screen chemistry with co-star Emily Deschanel, just make him manlier and yummier! Of course, those colorful socks he wears with his FBI-type suit are the cherry on top of the sundae.
For those who like to McDream...Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd from Grey's Anatomy)
Even if Dempsey is about 10 years older than I am, I feel like I grew up with him. I watched him play awkward geeky kids and teens in various movies to being a skillful surgeon on ABC's hit show Grey's Anatomy. He showed that he was more than just a good looking guy when he starred in Once and Again, performance that got him an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series." His dimples, pearly-white friendly smile and just plain good looks, make our Thursday nights a little bit more beautiful and make us dream a little McDream...
For those who are looking for someone to be stuck on an island with...Matthew Fox (Jack Shephard on Lost)
Matthew Fox was put on the map by his role on the series Party of Five. Already back then, he could have been considered as eye candy thanks to his charming good looks and intense stare. Foxy, as he is nicknamed, made People Magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" in 1996, a totally deserved title.
This great actor shows his manliness, leadership and muscles (highlighted by mysterious tattoos) in each episode of ABC's series Lost. I wouldn't mind behind stuck on an island with him but maybe not the Lost island!
