K-Fed drops plans for a reality show; nation cheers

Kevin Federline, also known as Britney Spears' ex-husband, has dropped plans for a reality show on E!

The reason? All of the troubles that Spears is having in her personal life and in the media right now. Spears was recently released from a hospital. The couple has two kids together. Federline had not only planned to do a reality show but also start some sort of business based on the reality show. I have no idea what that even means, but maybe he was going to sell T-shirts and mugs with his face on them.

I'd love to say that this is a good sign that Federline came to his senses about infecting the airwaves with yet another celebrity reality show, but you'll notice that he has dropped plans "for now." Which means that he'll do it again it a.) Britney gets better, or b.) he runs out of money.

You would think that after someone did one reality show (Federline and Spears starred in Chaotic a few years back) they wouldn't want to star in yet another one. But this is celebrity in the 21st century I guess. Besides, isn't all the troubles that Spears is having right now a reality show itself?
