Today to host classic TV cast reunions

Knots ladiesReunions are hot, you know? On February 12, for example, Oprah reunited (most of) the kids from The Cosby Show, with Bill appearing via satellite. Well, never one to let a good idea go to waste, NBC jumped on the theme. They recently had a Family Ties reunion on Today, so now the morning show is commencing tomorrow with a series of more "Together Again" features. Tune into 8:00 a.m. hour each day so you don't miss a thing!

On Saturday, February 23, you can see how the years have treated Kirk Cameron, Joanna Kerns, Alan Thicke, Jeremy Miller and Tracey Gold, the Seaver family from Growing Pains. Don't expect Leonardo DiCaprio to join them, even though he appeared on 22 episodes as Luke Brower. However, how much you wanna bet the others will be asked about the year Leo was part of the show.

Weekend host Peter Alexander will take on the cast of Newhart on Sunday, February 24. For the first time since the show went off the air, Bob Newhart, Julia Duffy, Peter Scolari, William Sanderson, Tony Papenfuss, and John Voldstad will reunited. Sadly, Mary Frann, who played Bob's wife Joanna on the show, will not be there. She passed away in 1998. She was only 55 years old.

The cast of Happy Days, including all the principals, reunite on Monday, February 25; that is, Henry Winkler, Ron Howard, Marion Ross, Tom Bosley, Erin Moran, Don Most, and Anson Williams. Whoa! Even Fonz would be impressed by that "get" -- although it should be noted that this group has reunited before. They even had their own TV special reunion!

The rest of the reunion line up is: One Day at a Time, Tuesday, February 26, Bonnie Franklin, Valerie Bertinelli, Mackenzie Phillips, and Pat Harrington; Murphy Brown, Wednesday, February 27, Candice Bergen, Faith Ford, Charles Kimbrough, and Joe Regalbuto; and Knots Landing, Thursday, February 28, Michele Lee, Joan Van Ark, and Donna Mills. Still to be announced is the Friday, February 29 -- Leap Day! -- get together.

Well, finally a single reason to watch the Today show. I'll skip around to see Happy Days and Growing Pains... I pretty much know what the Growing Pains crew looks like though, they're always on TV.
