"HRG is incarcerated at the bottom of Level Five in the Company's facility. "

Switch bottom of level 5 and sub level 4 as well as The Company and The Centre and voila you have the former NBC series the Pretender.

I think Ryan will be in trouble for fraud for having the staff load their personal sales into the website to make it look like they were made through the website.

Actually the full spoiler was "he has a brush with the law, but not for the reason you think."

Given that my guess would be a prostitute. Because really, there's only two things people get busted for on comedies. Drugs and Hookers. So if it isn't the obvious (drugs) there's really just one other option.

Plus, it will really take Ryan and his whole "livin' large in New York" attitude down a peg. Can you imagine the conversation that involves Michael trying to comfort Ryan over getting busted with a hooker? That's just comedy gold.
